No, I don't do Dark path either. To tell the truth, in mine I'm only with Nikki. I'm painfully nice to everyone else - so it's not like I'm going to be pimping any of them out either. Might go back and try some other things later though.

Sorry to disappoint! The cover images aren't usually super literal. More like bonus art for subscribers. But, I get the disappointment. Still, you do get to see Mason in skimpy lingerie, so that's something.

As for Gabby, I'd tried to temper people's expectations for her content a bit. The goal with her light/friend path was really to address the rift in her relationship with the player, setting up more spicy content for her in Chapter 11.

Since I'm already having people ask, the plan for the next few updates is:

• Chapter 1 Reboot: New art, and a platonic choice for Nicki. Basically just expands on the initial version of Chapter 1.
• Chapter 11: Lots of Gabby content, a little Risa content around the Lucien/Cherry plotline (if you're on it), Viola's first maid shift, and a meeting with Ashe and the director of Brittani's movie.
• Chapter 12: Brittani's audition.

I'm intentionally aiming kind of small for the first draft of Chapter 11. That way, if it begins to balloon (as my updates tend to..) it's only ballooning from like 700-800 renders to 1100-1200. Then, Chapter 12 will be my first experiment with a mini-chapter, to see how it's received.

Hope Chapter 11 is really good spice for Gabby, cause the game feels so lonely without her.

NeonGhosts don't know if it ever got addressed, but has the script for the involuntary livestream been fixed? If you just recorded it instead of streaming, Guy still talks to himself about doing a stream.

Based on what is upcoming, it sucks that Gabby is getting another major chapter(ch.11) focus, just cause I am not too interested in her. and I feel some other girls could use a little more focus. The other events of that chapter look solid with Ashe, Risa, and Viola though.

It also sucks that Brittani's big content will have to wait even longer to get some sizeable time and relationship progression, Just been waiting a while for something big with her, not just small scenes, so it sucks, but I trust Neon to give her nice treatment and great lengthy content, when it comes time.

I also hope that now that she is here, Cassie will get sufficient progression and kind of gets content quick, along with others who have been kind of absent and haven't been getting major focus soonish.

Haven't played this update yet but as Mason fan the fact that it's lackluster is super disappointing.

This update is NOT lackluster for a Mason fan. I will not spoil the scenes but I will say that if you are disappointed there is probably no pleasing you. There is very little you cannot do with Mason in this update.

I'm pretty sure that quote is from more than two years ago, at this point. :'D So, the project has undergone a lot of changes since then. I don't see it happening for 95% of the girls, if only because I'm not super interested in it narratively. That remaining 5% is Brittani, because I still have an idea for her dark/corruption paths where MC tanks her movie, and guides her towards being a different type of actress. But, there's also every possibility that by the time I get there, I decide it would be better for her to be more of an OnlyFans/e-girl type, who shoots content exclusively with a face-blurred MC. Who can say! The future is yet to be written.

Britt's audition is going to be pretty substantial for her character arc. It's not just going to be fluff/filler. And I'm going to try to get it out no more than two months after the release of Chapter 11.

One reason I want to pivot towards doing mini-chapters between chapters, is because they're honestly just so much easier to write. Look at it like this: Say I want to do Britt's audition, in Chapter 11. Say it comes after Gabby's scene. Now, Gabby's going to have four scene variations: love, friend, corruption, and dark. I have to do all those scenes, and two of them likely won't be taking place in the same location as the other two. So, now I have to write and render Gabby's scene, and connect it to Brittani's scene within the story. So, each time Guy has to do the, "Hm, time to go see Brittani.." thing. Then, after Brittani's scene, I probably have to have an outro from each path connecting it to whatever comes after. That kind of minutiae is what's exhausting and mind-numbing, when it comes to FiN.

But, if I can just do an in media res opening, where Guy's already at the studio with the supporting cast, just waiting for Brittani to arrive? Way easier. Way faster. Way less Neon tears.
