Friends in Need (notice the name for this game and one below) has rape/blackmail (in the future incest, but not yet), this is the one posted now and the one only posted on SubscribeStar.
The one on Patreon is called Friends Indeed (notice the name change?). It has no rape/blackmail and is stripped at the code, meaning a patch wont' bring it back, it's a separate game stripped of all "taboo" content. Taboo for this game is rape/blackmail (not incest). It is a Patreon friendly version of the game.
Looking forward to paying through the new update later today. My hope personally is for Brittani and her mother but mainly Brit going forward. After the photoshoot scenes she has been one of my favorite characters by far xD
