Yes, those are the errors. But it doesn't matter, it's not that important. It's funny that none of those errors appeared in my main gameplay. Maybe I did play that gameplay with the final version of Chapter 9, who knows. But anyway, it doesn't keep me up at night either.
A good update, by the way. Chapter 9 was weak in my opinion, but I really liked this one. And that's even though Mason is not my favorite character at all. You've done a good job here.

he is a woman in terms if genitals, not on HRT or surgeries as of now. Not sure if that will change in the future, only the dev can tell.

I honestly hope their will be multiple brittani sexual scenes in that minisode, cause if its just one I will be let down, considering, Ashe(3-4), Mason(4), probably Gabby(will most likely get a couple), will get or got multiple sex scenes in their respective updates. So if Brittani gets just one in the minisode while others got multiple, I will be disappointed, so I am hoping for the same treatment, where she gets one big one, then maybe a couple other small quick scenes.
I will even sub for a month to Neon, as long as its not a letdown, and what I said above happens with multiple scenes.
