That first decision with Nicki says a lot I think. If she really is an old friend, who you care(d) about and had a crush on the only way I can see abusing her is if you really are an asshole and intend to play it that way. 20k is a lot but in Guy's situation, it's pocket change. If (in your current circumstances) and old friend stopped by and said they were in really deep shit and desperately needed a fiver to get out of it, are you really going to abuse and humiliate them over it? Hand it over and tell them that you'd really like to hang out some time once they've fixed ... whatever it is.

I guess. Maybe I just don't have enough spite in me (and I suspect I'd have even less if I was suddenly stupid wealthy). It sounded to me like they were at least good friends, even if Guy had a crush that she never knew about. If she was a friend, and she was in real trouble and I was insanely wealthy, I wouldn't even care about what it was for. I'd help her out or if she wasn't really a friend, I wouldn't but I can't see making her situation worse or more painful. I don't think Neon ever said just how wealthy he is but if he's a multi millionaire 20k is nothing. I'm actually looking forward to the re-work because apparently you can ask her for absolutely nothing - as in not have sex with her at all. Because if you want to really take a shot at Brent, decline fucking his girlfriend, give her the money and tell her that if she ever wants a better life to ditch Brent and come see you again. That puts all the power in their relationship into Nicki's hands because she has a much better offer on the table if she walks away.

To put it simpler you have likely (for sure) downloaded the vanilla version of the game. Look for the taboo version.

A small local bookstore is likely going to lose money, the museum is obviously not an earner, the diner might make a bit but margins in the food service industry tend to be 1.5-2.5% so ... not a lot of money. Not saying he should stop giving, just that he's going to need some flowing in if he wants to keep giving at the rate he has been.

That was my worry when he gave donated I forget 200- 600k ( I forget the amount) to the museum and met Ashe. As I had a feeling he wasn't crazy rich just rich I was thinking he is gonna go through his money. Then I saw the comment from Neon months later

I mean, it's not that much of a problem at this point. If he has 30, break off 20 and put it in an investment account. With that much you should be able to earn 5-6% while taking very little risk so $1-1.2 mn annually, forever.

Created a walkthrough mod for the game since I found the pdf walkthrough lacking detail. This was a big project with about 500 choice menus but the power of osananajimi compels me . I think there are too many choices especially in the sex scenes that do not have meaningful outcomes. Hope folks find this useful and please let me know if I missed anything. I bet, it always made me curious why this game never really had much in a way of mod and really only a gallery mod.

Just tried it. The mod doesn't seem to do anything ... as far as I can tell. The choices pop up as normal with no notes.

He might have some profitable investments as well. He seems savvy enough to come to that conclusion. I have no understanding of wealth of that magnitude, but I'd guess he can afford to have some more personal, passion investments that help the people around him, yet don't really make a return.

MC does say that he has investment properties spread around. I believe it was in the Hot Tub scene where he gives her the key. The apartment he gets for Nikki I believe was at one of the properties he owns.

It was what...17mill iirc he cashed out with (or was it 27...I can't remember)? There will be tax gains to pay on that....but even with that...he bought his apartment and drives an average but nice new car...he not flash at all and he bought a few investment properties (which if IIRC...some are commercial he gets paid rent on).

Plenty left over....just one million in the S&P will return him 100k a year, less income tax (if he takes it as income and not accumulation). His only bills are utilities etc...so he owns everything he has, he has no debt...a 100k a year income and still has a good 8 million left over.

He really doesn't need to do anything.

As far as Guy's finances, assuming the high-end figure for principal and a (measly) 15% rate of return/profit on his investments and businesses his income alone is 4 and a half million bucks a year. If he is donating the lion's share of that income to charity he probably has enormous tax advantages, especially if he incorporated because the US is allergic to taxing corporations. His charitable funds are probably held in a trust and don't even count against him in any given fiscal quarter for tax purposes. In point of fact, he may even qualify for grants from the government and donations from other wealthy individuals to supplement the cash flow of the trust. Rich people never pay for anything in this country. Given how modestly he lives (by rich folk standards) I doubt he hits the pillow at night worrying if he can afford the foundation.

I'm also keeping an eye on it, my guess. It's a lot more work than I think, he has a life and is just doing it on the side so guess I will have to wait or learn myself how to create something like a gallery mod.
