You would be surprised just what people are willing to do in order to survive when they're living on the streets.

Do you really believe people prostitute themselves out of sexual attraction? That a woman lets a fat, slobbering pig of a guy to fuck her because she is into him?

(that said, Mason does appear to like guy romantically if he's not abused by Guy. He might be simply bisexual and him liking women doesn't exclude liking men as well)

Also it was already explained ingame by Mason (at least if Guy is in a good relationship with him) that he prefer to keep the twink appearance. Also a glance at real life will show that is not uncommon, there is no such thing as a formula for transition that everyone needs to follow, people are different and so are their experience when transitioning.

idk I just know a lesbian and one trans guy, he is basically a -pretty much likable- dude who talks moves and looks like a dude, horny with girls, tatooed etc except he has no penis; zero attractive as a female, but you are right about the prostitution thing, who knows

anyway developers use to get this reversed, I mean
-trans guys (born female) irl use to be close af with their dad and problematic with their mother, zero feminine, unattractive for hetero men
-trans girl (born male) close to their mother, father kick them out, looks feminine and fragil, attractive to gay men

Mason should be like the first, not the later I think, but if there is an explanation for it I didn't got there yet

I don't recall the game mentioning a financial advisor, but I do remember us discussing it in this thread. Maybe you're getting mixed up? Or maybe it was in the game and I'm the one who's mixed up :unsure:

you're over-complicating it my man. a trans man is just a woman who wants to identify as a man. that's really it. i know it can get complicated and honestly seem a little silly from the perspective of most of us who aren't trans or alternative or whatever, or maybe don't even know anyone like that (my personal situation). but you can find many rl examples of someone comparable to mason if you look, ive seen them out there. maybe mason has a particular odd sexuality that he chooses to express through his identity? i mean, if furries are a thing and you believe in them, i think you can easily entertain mason's existence. :ROFLMAO: (i think mason's also a furry, btw.. :p)

if you're curious, the dev has already explained mason's character pretty much, so you can search comments from him mentioning "mason" to find them. really, though, it's an adult erotic VN at the end of the day; it doesn't have to be 1:1 with reality, and the dev has his own desires and fantasies he wants to express. and id say the writing in the game is very interesting, internally consistent, and feels like a very plausible reality. that's all it takes to fully engross and connect, and that's all that matters in the end if you ask me.

I don't know if we specifically talked about the advisor but we talked about Guy's money and basically, he will have as much money as Neon wants him to have. If Neon wants him to end up poor again, that'll happen if Neon wants him to become a billionaire - that'll happen (maybe it will depend on the ending you find your way to.) Was there something about the advisor specifically you wondered about?

Since the protagonist mentioned how he got rich and in the 3 months that passed after he lent Nicki money (which Brent promptly pissed away), he got himself financially (and legally) advised in how to increase his wealth further, though not to Carl Rhodenbarr's level. I might've got confused when I tried to remember since I thought there were 2 people.

you're right, the important thing is there, good writing (plus hot models)

I use to pick the options who makes me a ''working class hero'' (a rich one in this case), I wonder if in this game there is an extra-something in a path where you go the abuser/asshole MC way
