Seemed to be broken for me. If you go into the console and type SugarCube.State.active.variables.felixstory = 85 you'll set the proper variable to the next stage. Which is the final one for the game so far. Really though you're not missing much, it's interesting, but it's another case of blue-balls which is the running theme for this game.
