It worked but there is still Queenie and Loli problemDid you combine the 0.10 and 1.0 game folders too? Please extract the 1.0 game to its own folder.

I hadn't even considered the possibility that someone might do that out of the world map. I'll disable that.Bug report-
Opening the guide books through the phone seems to break everything whilst in a sex scene, making everything de-load from the scene. I learned this while messing around in the Melody/Blossom threesome in act 2, for some reason opening the guide book and then not selecting anything just unloads all assets from a scene, text will still progress, but music cuts, screen goes black, and until something is called in, it stays black, and then when something new loads, ONLY that loads.
For example, the cumshot for the threesome displaying, but without the characters having eyes or music coming back.
Also a little disappointed to hear this. I was looking forward specifically to the new interactions with the characters that already have an established history. I haven't started playing the game yet, but is there at least a compelling reason within the story for this to be the case? Been a little cautious of spoilers but I caught a few glimpses of the usual Scarlett shenanigans so I'm assuming that's why. Or was it simply to just "do it again" and just have another FwB?ngl I'm a little disappointed. just started playing last night and I thought it was gonna be a genuine sequel, but instead we're just sent off to another universe and have to start all over. I'll play it through, but it's a little irritating that we don't get to continue the story from last time.

Sounds fine, I guessUnless you love-like multiverse stories, you are not going to have any satisfaction with this sequel. The plot all revolves around the mirrors and interconnection between universes. Now, a true threat would be if a villain decides to go through these mirrors/portals and use that as a advantage to wreck havoc (that sounds like a Discord thing (possible FwB 3 plot). Scarlet you reading this? lol. Hell the only villains we got left are at least Lord tirek and Discord. Discord sounds more intimidating. What would Discord want with a harem, mmmmm? CHAOS!
What would a direct sequel be though? Cream/Pinkie pie is already a 4th wall interdimension breaker through her own bakery. So wouldn't it make sense to go between universes anyway? Multiple MCs running around is crazy (imo). You played the first game, there's also Sunset Shimmer/Dawn going through these portals willy nilly too. These two characters going around multiverse style needed some addressing (so wouldn't this be a sequel to that?). Scarlet already put this concept in motion and trying to make sense of it is something of plot device.Sounds fine, I guess
Though I probably would have preferred a straight sequel I'm at least optimistic.
Not necessarily. Like I said, I haven't played it yet, but I wanted to at least interact with the same characters in the established relationships, regardless of the subject of the main plot. I don't mind exploring the multiverse or anything. I trust Scarlett's writing so I'm sure it'll be good. Just can't help but wish. What would a direct sequel be though? I can totally respect that. I played a little more and I'm fully hooked on this mystery and questions posed already. Definitely makes total sense as a sequel especially given the themes of the first. Bittersweet that we can't see the old characters but that's the whole point of the narrative. It's interesting since the usual "isekai" plot basically ignores the protag having a whole other life and people to go back to, if they even do at all. This time the player actually has experienced that (second at least) world and characters and is torn away. Not sure if that subversion was part of what you were going for here. Excited to see where this goes.In regards to my decision to make this a new universe instead of a repeat of Arcadia Prime. FwB was a story about going to another universe, and 'trying to get back'. That was the central premise and hook of FwB 1, and I figured it just made sense for stories called 'FwB' to be like that. If I ever did make a FwB 3 (which I won't), it'd also mainly set it in another universe.
As far as FwB sequels go, I always planned for it to be set in another universe and went through a range of different ideas over the four year gap, including a post-apocalypse and a magical school.
Starting fresh just lent itself to more interesting possiblities, while not alienating myself from the possibility of returning to those original characters.
I liked the idea of restarting with 'all the answers' already, but in a mysterious world with new rules that can defy your expectations. Pace was a little fast in some areas of Act 1, but I think Act 2 allows the characters to breathe, develop, while tying up the loose ends and providing satisfying conclusions. The content added in 1.0 is actually my favourite.
There is a "secrets guidebook" you can purchase through the phone. What are the secrets? Can anybody know?
The ideas for my games usually come to me quite strongly, and I've had nothing else for these characters or worlds. So it might be done for good, but it was a mighty fun journey.I can understand Scarlet not making a FwB3 as eventually the same MC meeting the cast over and over even in a different universe will get old. At least that's what I think.
But you can make a FwB3 with the side ponies as the main heroines instead of the usual ones. Or you can make an universe where the mares are evil and they need some dick correction. Or the MC can side with the bad guys because... well, it's just a different MC but this one is a nerd that played too many Rance games.I can understand Scarlet not making a FwB3 as eventually the same MC meeting the cast over and over even in a different universe will get old. That or play the perspective of Cream/Pinkie Pie. Too many variables on that 4th wall interdimension angle. Sunset/Dawn seems simpler in terms of that (maybe).Or have a story from Sunset's perspective. It might be fun to play from a female's perspective and have Sunset getting some action as she traverses alternate universes.
i personally think a tirek with access to multiple universes would be terrifying i mean imagine him gaining the powers of dozens of celestias, lunas, cadences, chrysaliss, etcUnless you love-like multiverse stories, you are not going to have any satisfaction with this sequel.
