Far as I know just take a horny potion in said room with one of the girls present,but I could be mistaken.

Talk with one of the girls about impregnation,head to pally town (world map) for potion,she sends you after dryad hearts which are in the forest off to the left after entering.

Only if there was a way to hide the dialog during the sex scenes so you could fully enjoy them without anything being in the way. It's also amazing that there's scenes without animation, which is false advertisement since there's an animated tag.
