If you still need help, you need to give the knife to Ranni, do it with her and get the second rune. Combine the two runes and head to portal which teleports you Marika's area. Give the new combined rune to Marika, talk to her which unlocks the last sex scene so far before the update and sit on the throne.

After a second playthrough I did this, for some reason the first time it didn't work maybe it was a glitch or I missed some dialogue after getting the pot helmet idk thanks anyway though.
