You can end it by sitting on the throne but your not missing anything. It's pretty short / barebones.
Debatable if it was even worth the effort vs just moving on to the next thing.

Now being fair to Bambook, he did message one guy that he might consider making another update and adding Malenia, who will be the first character he will add. The only main thing I'm wondering about is why Elden Ring? Sure it's popular but there are so many well known female npcs that eventually the game will have like 10+ characters included.

He may genuinely like the game and put it in his "Todo" pile to line up with the DLC launch. It was arguably one of the most popular games in the last 5 years. If he was gonna spoof any media it would of been this or BG3, or maybe a gacha game. I can't think of anything else really popular right now.
