I got problem with resolution.
I tried every resolution, windowed and full screen, but at the main screen the option are in the right, half out the screen.
And the start button is completely hidden, making impossible to click on.

Open regedit. Make a backup!
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zuripai Games\Full Moon Night
check the values for:
Screenmanager Resolution Height and Screenmanager Resolution Width.
If it's forced to the wrong resolution then just edit them (remember to have the decimal box checked and not the hexadecimal).

However. I'm not sure what's going on in your image
