You can't romance him, he's a fling/hookup encounter like the green tea doctor. To find him go to the Park at night when you're midway into the game(sometime around 10th session/day).
Me too, I started to squint my eyes when the release date got pushed back several times. And the final nail in the coffin for me was when the game finally released, the Tomoki+Okan+Oki polyamory route after story was missing entirely, only to be released later in the guidebook(sold separately, of course!). I suspected that they ran out of funds and time(and maybe patience) and had to cut it out from the game.

Due to the lack of a replay gallery, here is a save dump that I tried to make complete as possible. Just unpack in /game/saves
saves.rar - contains save files 3-1 to 7-6
Scenes for Sota, Remi and Kovit

that zael guy is still rumor nothing was ever confirmed till this day, because the information got out quick from 4chan /y/ post, its because of what happen of disbandment of Black Monkey Pro studio and then a rumor spreading someone is cheating in the group.
i did tried talk other yaoi fans from other groups and the closest 3 near similar answers is that 'zael' was the 3rd party.
you gotta wonder why zael is still working with mikkoukun.
as for Mazjojo tweets in his past, he post a vague emotional tweet and he never mention if it was mikkoukun started cheated or his the coworker guy so thus it remains a mystery.
man history like this needs to keep preserve how Black Monkey Pro studio fell off and Mazjojo fell off stories like this, i wish someone make a youtube history video.
