Yeah why do people think a long skinny dick that is the length of a arm is a good thing? Give it some personality shorten and make a bit thicker. That dick looks like a damn arm than a dick it's straight and skinny.

Try to do a animations with a short thick dick,,,, it never looks like a even remotely natural motion.
The long skinny ones make for less distortion/clipping.

So what is average in your country might be small or even big in another.

Not this one no...... not a dev myself nor do i want to be,,, way to much work and i lack imagination .
I help around for a few,,, check scenes,, proofread, things like that.. That also means i do hear devs complain and see changes they make and even dropping scenes before release because of clipping and work flow.

Note there is going to be another major issue later as drkanje is same label with two different videos. You can't assign same video to same label so that is going to cause an issue in the future. So game is a bit buggy.

Game: 3/5 (has some animation though dick is a bit too long making it a look a bit absurd when it's nearly the size of an arm)
Audio: 0/5 (this ruins it as it does not even have basic background music)
Animation: 3/5 (average animation so better than most games that do not have any)

Main issue right now is it has no audio so it's like reading a book but unlike a book you have to keep clicking to read a single sentence. This is why VN and Kinetic Novels which this one seems to be needs audio as unlike a book you have to keep clicking to read it. The advantages of a kinetic novel over a regular novel is suppose to be things like music, sound effects, lots of pictures or animated scenes over a silent quiet read in corner novel hence the constant clicking is not an irritation. This one is missing most of the advantage with no sound or audio.

At current I would say just below average at 2/5 right now. Not bad but not really good or above average.

BTW this game is actually and incest game simply change the values here in script.rpy

Sure devs can adjust dick sizes however they want,,,,, limited to what is possible by the program or mods they use of course.
It will however look silly, horrible and unnatural if they go to big or small.
Ever something that seems simple like a tattoo or clothing on a model can mess up a animation.
As far as the direction you are asking about, That is always up to the dev and the story they want to tell, most times devs choose they way of less work when something just is not working with clipping or a mesh messing up.
