Question: Is there a way to export the custom model in Blender with bones and shape keys?
Confirmed yes*, it's under custom exports. Scroll to the bottom in the character creator Outliner
it is only the model with it's inbuilt shapekeys, no bones, needs a plugin to be imported into blender, and is intended for custom shapekeys to be applied /to/ it, not for it to be used in blender/other 3d as a model itself

if I wanted to import and use in the game external models, like those used for sfm or blender, would it be possible?
Just out of curiosity, I'm completely ignorant on the subject.

How can i make scales (like dragon scales) on a character skin? Can't find an option. Please help.
Go to Coloration - Shading - DetailTexture.
Select NormalMap from the list. To make it appear, download it for the character: Top panel - Import - Texture - download it from somewhere and select the normal map with dragon scales - Accept is as "Map".

As parts, pieces, or clothing, yes
As people, characters, and genitals, no
Anything with the body needs to be a blendshape on the CO mesh the app gives you
Anything *added* to a body can be on its own, so long as it's not meant to be functional for sex

A good example of each, would be that a tail can work, but a slime girl would not

You can "make" a slime girl, but you need to play around with filters and stuff, also if u want something like slime, you need to make it in blender, but it will not behave as you could think. Also the only "slimy" thing you will get is a semi transparent body.

You can't. What you can do is remodel the VNE model to look like the model you want. Here is a short version of how its done:

Export the VNE base model to blender
Use it as a reference to put the model you want into a similar pose.
Export the model body and import the it to VNE.
Add it as a part and use it as a reference to get a rough body shape.
Export the VNE model via custom offsets to Blender.
Remodel it using shapekeys.
Export the custom offsets from blender to VNE.
Repeat the steps until you are happy with the result.
Import the cloths, accessories, hair and any other parts to VNE.

Things to note:
Do not change the VNE character pose in blender. This will break how the character moves in VNE. To be more specific anything that would be considered a change on a bone/joint position is a no go.
You may have to do a substantial amount of clean up on the cloths, accessories, hair and any other parts from the model you want to bring to VNE for they to look good.
VNE does not have bones for cloths so skirts, dresses any other floaty piece of cloth will not behave as you expect.

The crack has being working fine to me except one issue that might not be related to the crack.
Overtime interactions timeline events will not trigger as often as expected and eventually completely stops triggering.

I did some investigation and it seems like duration scale or how fast the timeline is running may plays a part on how the bug works.

I setup an file configured to endless switch between 2 steps with a 90% change of happening. The timeline has a 1s scale and seems to work ok.
Then I changed the timeline scale to 0.1s and the event triggers immediately stop working.
But this might not be exactly the same bug since I experienced it on slow timelines on more complex scenes. Also the behavior is a little difference since the bug on my complex scenes slowly becomes more and more intermittent and eventually stops triggering.

ok tester got back and it work for all that were having problem please try this one its way slower to load but it works 100%

if the crack doesnt work for you open VNEConfig.txt and increase the timming-adjust by 1000 each time until it work you can go to like 9999ms more seem overkill
