In the gym in the afternoon, if no-one is visible at the counter and there's a ? mark. If you click the counter then you'll get a scene where Dorian is getting railed by the futa. You probably need to have a gym membership, and maybe do a few sessions or something in the gym. That's the only scene I could find so far. Hopefully there's scenes with the MC in later updates.
the ui in the game made me give up after about 5 mins, don't know how it was so bad.
