I'm not entirely against AI usage but when being ingenuine, that's quite a disheartening thing to express.
Problem about Pixiv tags is that, they have limited of how many tags you can addresses. Some work aren't even subtle of how AI it is, but they results in tagging them full with relatable tag before AI-generate tags can be applies.
As for this one, I'm still skeptical. Seems like it's not 'entirely' AI but AI 'assisted' for sure. Some of details looks melty and distorted like being skimmed over and not properly retouched, like the nails and pupils, same with this pic
Overall, the work looks great, I still like them. There're sign of human touch, but AI will still take most of the credits here.

I myself am an artist, I notice details like that. Those fingers are fine, that's not what the artist's focus was.
You're trying to look for it.
The thing is, a big thing about being an artist is "leave behind that which the eye does not focus on".
In animation, for instance, you have frames that serve to make the movement more dynamic, even if it means compromising bodily structural integrity.
No one's gonna try to focus on the neck & the fingers when the point of being a porn artist is to draw as much & as quick as you can to make sure you get your weekly rations.
If it is indeed AI assisted, how is that different from 3D assisted?
From what I can tell, this artist is just new & inexperienced.
The only major critique that AI has right now is that it's lazy, as well as its uncanny valley distortion & mistakes. Give it 3 to 4 years & AI will advance beyond what we can determine if it is or isn't artist-made.
In case you haven't noticed, art is dying right now & we need more artists. Let this happen, you'll see a resurgence of artistic appreciation. Let them make their mistakes or use their crutches.
