Honestly, not too much comes to mind right off the top of my head, but there are these:

Monster Love Hotel This is an RPGMaker game where you play as both a male and a female who are trying to create a brothel out of their home, to do this they decide to roam around and convince monster-people to join. There's plenty of M/M and Futa/Male. There is furry content but if you're into Happy Heart, you probably won't mind.

Futadom World Futadom world is almost exactly what you've described, aside from the fact that it's (kind of) a VN. But before you skip past this one, I just want to say that it's a dating sim and therefore you have to make choices and get to choose actions during the H-scenes.
