Each part is its own game. At the start of part 3 there is a little setup of what you did in part 2.
Regarding the walkthrough, there is one in part 3 somewhat present in the game. As Roxy will say what she needs to do next after an arc of story is done.

Just finished part 3 and I must say wow... what a great game? update? update!. Somebody else mentioned it but I also wish there was more cumflation. What events have you gotten? You got the injection and it should have cut you to the sleep event taking you to 5.5. From there you talk to Meiko and an event happens. From there talk to the nurse in the morning and from there you can do other events which are only Kate and The Princess events.

Im stuck in part 3, the game tells me to gather all the girls for class but Mei, Kate, Raven and the Girl in the same dorm as kate and Raven all only give me the line "i dont need to talk to her yet" i tried at all times of the day

It's not Raven, but the girl next door to her, very confusing and honestly frustrating that we are expected to figure that out with the hint provided.
