More or less, it depends on the context. If the game were about rewards or punishments, it would be logical that if the protagonist were a futa and lost, the enemies would have sex with him, but here it's just the male protagonist in a harem style with futas..

That is not an option, but a requirement. They would have to have both, penis and vagina, in order to be properly classified as futanari. The whole point of futanari is to have both, fully functional reproductive organs.

The only real debatable option is the pronounced scrotum of the testicles. Historically, these were not present in the earliest depictions and also my personal preference that they not be. Plus, they just get in the way.

thats something i aways think nowdays , most "futas" are just trans.
