There are no patches. You need to uncensor it yourself using hex editor. For Reaselotte 3 should work almost same process as for 4, but you need to look for different values/objects to change.

In case you are not old or stable enough, let me remind you that despite this place being an anonymous meeting of wankers does not entitle you to behave like a dickhead giving amazing call to his tax manager after fucking up taxes.
If you had asked like a human being, maybe someone would replied earlier.
Anyways, I went through the same process with my copy (not same as is here, but should work anyways) and it worked without a problem. Probably you have just messed up the process somehow.

It's a sexfight between Nosfer and Resvia (Brunette and Blonde-haired selectable opponents). I could try to upload my version later, though it might take a while with my potato Internet.

Sorry about the delay. Potato Internet as I mentioned before.I think my saved game is there, but it hardly matters when most of the game is unlocked from the get go and the rest can be unlocked in less than an hour.
Let me know if I screwed up somewhere.

Honestly, I don't know what went wrong. As I said before it worked for my version. Maybe try to do uncensoring with your own file.
Also this process was meant for older version where wasn't the latest update.
