Using an already existing word (for at minimum several decades, since I can find the term 'futanari' used in hentai all the way back in the late 80's and early 90's) and defining it differently doesn't change the word. They're, by definition, dickgirls. Futanari isn't exactly a broad term like 'mutant', lol. It's an incredibly specific one.

You can see that in the bottom left, Cladia has no vagina. And in the bottom right, that Demetria doesn't, either.
Pretty sure the 'fail' scene from the front area gym job also shows that the dumb girl (can't remember her name right now) that's always with Draga is also lacking a vagina.
So no vaginas on these dickgirls.

Generally speaking, 'primary' female sexual characteristic are ovaries. Vagina and uterus are specific to placental mammals and marsupials - other animals (even monotremes who are still considered mammals) do not have those. Whether modified oviducts of the marsupials where embryo is gestated may actually be considered an "uterus" is also a matter of debate.

So all three characters/scenes that show no vagina would be a 'fuck up', but a single sentence would be canon? That doesn't really add up, lol.
Besides. A 'dad' isn't necessarily the sperm donor. I'm proof. Never met my sperm donor, but had two men I called 'dad' through my life. And one of those I even meant.
I'd like to see Rae's father healthy, though. Just to see if they look anything like him. Because I can definitely see the mother in both daughters.

Here's one major issue with your theory:
Women are actual citizens in their society. If the 'futa' could carry children, women would be worth even less than the men are. There's no way they would be treated remotely like equals the way we've seen Suni's 'wife' be treated.

So here is a actual fact for you: in a living language words and their meaning change with the passing of time.
So even if in japanese porn it meant something when the term was appropriated by western XXX games it started changing. This is not the only game to use the term in a interchangeable form with transgender or dickgirl. And i doubt it will be the last one no matter how much you scream "facts".

So until we see that these 'futa' have vaginas (which we've never seen any kind of proof of, since we've seen pretty explicitly that they don't), they aren't futa. 1+1=2, no matter how much they claim it equals something different. Claudia's story shows quite clearly that Demetria only has an anus under her balls.

In chapter 1 to 3 , they have covered the source to the domination history, also they stated that Futas have vaginas and they work, but it's not considered a norm for futas to bear children as due to their tight vagina, child birth is a hassle. They shall breed the women and keep the inferior males as pets to satisty their urges. That is the original lore as they stated earlier. Maybe, it has changed now.
