I don't like religious fanatics from sects, but what we see here is a real sect, and Mallory is clearly a fanatic. This sect is trying to justify crimes against men who have no statute of limitations (read international law). And, in my opinion, these excuses are very weak and do not work.

What context are you using "statute of limitations" in? Statute of limitations typically refers to the amount of time permissible elapsed between the commission of a crime and the time in which someone is charged for said crime.
