There's no official changelog for 0.3b but I looked through the files and this is what I noticed:
- Added animations for Rye and Renee threesome
- Added animation for Romanov bdsm basement bad end
- You can't train at the school now if your knowledge is over 100

You extract them using an .RPA extraction tool. I use one literally called "RPA Extraction Tool" but I've found a simpler one online.

Simply drag the "image.rpa" file onto the "rpaExtract.exe" file and it should do it.

Is the download link in OP correct? When I download it it appears as v0.3b also when it is a .zip file the name reflects that but when I open the file to extract it the folder inside is named 0.3a.
If this is correct then how do I get to the new Rye content?
