Wish they also added more scenes to Wallis route, plus Vicky and Suni. Claudia i think has a nice ammount.

Claudia and Mallory are the routes that have the most scenes even Sally has a certain amount, I just hope what they did with Demetria they do with the others.

I'd include Demetria in there too, her route could use additions: to be specific (spoilers for her path) the 100 thrusts at the end of her route would benefit with multiple sex positions, instead of only doggy as the route has very few scenes between the MC and Demetria leading up to that point.

I have a small doubt: If I take the world; that is to say, a place with futa dominating, addictive semen... it would be entirely original. Futadom wasn't invented by this game. I can show you certain Futadom hentai made before this game. As for the world, as far as it's named differently it's fine even if it looks like a copy. Again, a world where men are discriminated against wasn't invented by this game. Try playing Peniban Quest or similar femdom games.

As long as you don't reference FutadomWorld's world/lore in any capacity you should be fine. That would require expressed approval because your game might be interpreted as part of FutadomWorld which would confuse people and the developers, becoming plagiarism.
You're better off with a completely separate and original empire altogether, with your own original lore. In terms of sexual themes like futas dominating however you should be fine.
I really like that there are consequences for being fucked by futas, This makes the game much more exciting, you really want to be creampied, but you don't want a bad end, so you have to try something else.
Too bad every ending feels like a bad end because no matter which girl you pick you get bimbofied in the end, for me losing my sanity would be like dying, so even the happy ending I got with Vicky buying her the bar was very sad for me, specially when my bimbofied character kept calling her mistress and she clearly didn't want it.
Are there other games like this one where being bred by futas have consequences, but less extreme? I would be fine with my character getting addicted to futa cum if he kept his sanity.
