They have different meanings and people have preferences. Only reason for tags in the first place.. To solve this, should copy pasta tags from r34.
Note that for example on ehentai and hitomi the prominent tags are "futanari" "shemale" and "dickgirl on (fe)male". There's no "futa/shemale on (fe)male", no standalone "dickgirl" and no mention of "hermaphrodite". If all tags were to be used for all contexts, searching for stuff would be a nightmare. It comes at the cost of not narrowing down preference, but it's a good tradeoff imo.

Wouldnt be the first time Patreon has decided to be idiots about Porn content in general, nor that they decide to be censorious. Maybe they've decided the term Futa is offensive or something? Dont know whats going on either though.

Creators should simply turn away from patreon and towards subscribestar! This is how the market works! If we are not satisfied with your services, we go to the competition. Maybe Patreon would reflect on this then.

Happened to Sleepygimp and a ton of other creators. Subscribestar right now is pretty much only Credit Card and sometimes Debit Card payment accepted. No Stripe, no Paypal, nothing else.
It is the whole reason btw why this is happening. Because it is Paypal and the other payment processors who put a foot on Patreon's neck demanding to be even more strict about adult content. It is just sad.
