Well, this is kinda weird actually, since it has been established that at least Renée was able to have two children with a man... so, they are bound to have vaginas. Perhaps the artists just omitted to draw those?

Yeah, there is a bit of controversy in the canon... it is canonically established that Renée was able to bear children, yet it has been kind of implied in Demetria/Claudia plotline that futas do not have vaginas... go figure.

True. Maybe Renée had a surrogacy deal with some woman, i don't remember the wording during Rye's route when speaking about that.

Nah. The story says that futa still breed with women. Though with how 'advanced' their tech is in the church arc, it wouldn't surprise me if the two daughters were test tube babies with how clinical and cold the mother is.

And a dickgirl was a female born with only a penis.
It's straight up fact, no 'overanalization' required.
So until we see that these 'futa' have vaginas (which we've never seen any kind of proof of, since we've seen pretty explicitly that they don't), they aren't futa. 1+1=2, no matter how much they claim it equals something different. Claudia's story shows quite clearly that Demetria only has an anus under her balls.

Facts are facts. Using an already existing word (for at minimum several decades, since I can find the term 'futanari' used in hentai all the way back in the late 80's and early 90's) and defining it differently doesn't change the word. They're, by definition, dickgirls. Futanari isn't exactly a broad term like 'mutant', lol. It's an incredibly specific one.
If facts and definitions bug you so much, don't reply, lol.

The game lore states that Renée is Rye's and Renata's "mother" and they have a male "father"... ok, of course we can try to look for all sorts of unconventional explanations here... but, personally, I much prefer the hypothesis that the futa actually have a vagina and functional uterus.
There are many definitions of those terms... I personally prefer the following:
Futanari - a person with both primary and secondary sexual characteristics of a female who also has a phallic organ (which may or may not be a functional male reproductive organ)
Dickgirl - a person with secondary sexual characteristics of a female and a phallic organ (who may or may not possess functional reproductive organs of either sex)
Shemale/T-girl - biological male with secondary sexual characteristics of a female.
