Very good quality renders, promising story, interesting puzzles which might be a tad bit too hard and too frequent - the story hasn't even started properly and we're at almost 20 puzzles which already look terribly complex for a porn game. And I'm sure the puzzles take a lot of time to create. But they are fun to solve and very original. I just fear that it's tempting for the dev to spend lots of time for optional puzzles and scenes that the story stays unfinished, seen that too often.

Definitely a lot of potential here! Hoping for some growth, superpower, cum addiction, mind break or whatever twist coming next update.

WOW, this is the exactly the way I thought a HERM/FUTA game should start. Excellent work so far, hoping for the best for Jenny and friends. Back story is kinda strange but it's your story. Love the fact that everything is proportional and not grossly oversized. Keep up the great work,

SPOILERS ARE IN THIS REVIEW! I do my best not to get to into story detail but I did mention some anyways!

This visuals in this game are pretty great. The polish is pretty good, and the puzzles are, well kinda complicated. I feel like they throw you into the deep end of the pool with the added non-standard rules tacked on.

That is a big gripe I have, the puzzles can be complex I'm cool with that, but having it all dumped in your lap all at once and then told you can ignore them seems a bit ham fisted.

The daydreams are a nice touch, they SHOULD be a nice touch. Not the main source of eye candy. This gameplay loop just doesn't mesh, just enough story to pin it all together but only barely enough fluff to fill the gaps between dream sequences (the worst kind of scenes in this kind of game) and it is only just enough.

The story is incredibly rushed. I get it they're college girls and we're leaning into them all being free spirited. But do they ALL have to be turbo sluts? Jenny's own little sister just slipping her top off like that sorta killed any interest I may have developed in her. You know she's totally being bukkake'd on the regular if she's that cavalier about public nudity.

When I saw on the front page "emphasis on an immersive and coherent story" I didn't think it would be moving at such a fast pace.

I'm not saying it needs to be a super slow burn, but how the hell am I supposed to consider this immersive aside from the mermaid cucking scene, not a fan of ntr but that was pretty funny. Which brings me to another tick, this game needs some humor. As is it's super dry despite the absurd pace. This girl has that magic dick syndrome MCs tend to have in these games cranked to 11 and there's no laughs...

So yeah, I don't hate it and it seems interesting but I'd find it more appealing with more lewd content not happening in imagination land. This game is ALREADY NOT REAL. Excuse me. If the game would just mellow out a bit, you set up this super high stakes back story, and then we get that immediately deconstructed.

How the hell did Paige not find and sit on that dick in the whole year they've known each other???? She almost teleported her face on it the first time she saw it? Damn she's thirsty!

Excuse me again. Good game, good luck...

This is the first time I review a game because it's just that good!
    - The story makes you want more at the end of each update
    - Literally all the characters are insanely hot
    - Challenging, fun and unique puzzles (you can play without them if you're not into puzzles)
    - I love the daydreaming scenes with the MC's internal dirty talk
    - Cool music choices too, I gotta say. The songs even change a little bit in different phases of scenes

It's interesting to see how the MC's story unfolds, as she's tempted to stop hiding her secret and stop being socially closed-off and I'm constantly rooting for her.

You can tell that there is so much care put into this game. Definitely my favorite VN already and I highly recommend it, especially if you're into lesbian and futa protagonists!

perfect. perfect. perfect. version 0.04 rating
tessa XYZ does have long term plan for this game unlike 95% of the VN outthere. the fact that every character in this game doesnt know the secret of main character and they would know it in the story keeps u so much attracted to the fillers cuz it,s hot and fun both at the same time. i mean what do we want from a VN? a good story, pretty character, good render(yes maybe the renders in this game is not the best, but they are not bad at all) and the last one cooking the relations so u actually give a shit about them...
    .
    .
and dont give rating for not having enouph content cuz it,s a very stupid reason to rate something. if the game doesnt have enouph content dont play it and dont review it, just go and come back after 6 month. maybe devs need our support to continue or maybe he wants to see feedbacks and make the game better, there is alot of reasons for those who actually think right.
    ofc stupids are always everywhere...:)

So I just finished v0.04 and it is so far one of the best VN I've played. The attention to detail is superb as well - nothing in the game felt rushed or half-baked.

Where many VN fail in keeping dialogue interesting and only using it as a filler or a segue from one sex scene to the next, this game has a carefully planned and believable story that you actually want to read.

The characters are likable and pretty as well, with a decent variety of body types, height, breast sizes and so on - although I'm hoping for a bit more variety in pubic hair, labia sizes, skin color, etc, in future releases as new girls will be introduced. That being said, the variety of girls here are on-par, if not better, than what you'll find in your typical VN.

I personally don't mind the puzzle mechanic being part of the game, I just think they should've been implemented differently. In other VNs that I've played, they are mostly used to unlock bonus content, such as an alternative outfit you can toggle in a scene, a gallery picture, etc. While it is possible to play the game in "story mode" where puzzles are completely disabled, and without being able to turn them off mid-game, it's impossible to know how difficult the puzzles will be when you've just launched the game the very first time. A puzzle that takes a minute or two to complete is probably fine, but some of these puzzles can take up to an hour to complete... I hope this is changed in future - perhaps with a free hint every so often, or making the hard puzzles only for bonus content, etc.

The game is still quite early in it's development, but still took me a few hours to complete. There is a way to replay past "daydreaming" scenes, but not the other scenes (yet!).

Overall, while this game has a few minor inconveniences and a few missing features, the quality of everything from art to story, makes this one of the better VN I've played in a good while - and with a massive potential!

0.04 UPDATE: It's definitely better than before, and that's almost entirely thanks to having ~90 minutes of content rather than 15. However, I'm not very sold on the direction things are going. First of all, there are still zero choices and thus far it's purely kinetic in terms of gameplay; I'm also really, really not a fan of the overarching subplot--I feel it's going to negatively impact the "feel" of the narrative. It's worse because so far there isn't any humor and the vibe is very negative. For example, your cousin--allegedly also your best friend--is extremely unsupportive and blames you for being a liar when the secret is revealed...which in my opinion is more implausible than a full futanari existing at all. There are so many directions this scenario could have gone, but it being hostile is unpleasant. Lastly, and this is 100% subjective, I loathe "dream" sequences in any media (same with flashbacks, excessive foreshadowing, etc etc); I want the thing I'm experiencing to matter, and flipping outside narrative flow for temporary situations is aggravating as all fuck to me.

Anyway, production value remains pretty much unmatched and, even though I don't like it, the developer clearly has a vision and is going to stick to it. My hopes for the future are that some levity is added, the subplot doesn't overcome Jenny and her journey, and fewer--or better yet, none at all--dream sequences. I hope this review doesn't come across overly critical because even if I'm not a fan there is tons to enjoy here...and I'm obviously going to play every update so long as they contain this much content.

PS. It's not explained why Jenny is into women, like that's automatic because she has a cock.

    -------

EDIT: The dev messaged me personally saying that they hope I come back for the next update that's four times larger. I'm still going to leave my original score intact because for now it's accurate (and my real opinion), but their response gave me hope. I wish every dev (AVN or otherwise) cared this much for their work and didn't take any negative criticism as a personal insult. Thank you so much TessaXYZ for being a great example and I'll definitely be back!

    -------

Sorry but I completely disagree with releasing any game--VN, AVN, or otherwise--with this little content. I got through it in about 15 minutes albeit the no puzzles version and was left thoroughly unimpressed.

Not with the game really, just with the lack of anything here. Outside of the anime artstyle true futa content is rare enough already, so the fact I was left with a bad taste in my mouth pisses me off. There should be at minimum an hour of things to do to justify my time. Yeah it's harsh but it is what it is.

Anyway the last two seconds of this "demo" make me kind of wary how this will end up. I won't spoil anything but let's just say not every god damn AVN made in the last two years and moving forward needs to have some secret plot going on for them to be interesting and good.

Awesome start. Love the character design and introduction to the story. I feel the puzzles are good creative touch (but hints or tips would be a welcome touch to the puzzles). The scene replay/gallery can be improve because I noticed there is a bit of missing sequence (if I'm not mistaken). I look forward to the next update and can't wait for it. All the best and keep up the good work.

Very good content and excited to see more from the creator. Huge potential to be successful! Every detail in the visual novel had really caught my attention, the puzzles take time but they really show the creative side of the creator, the way the protagonist is depicted in this first half of the chapter.

    Pretty good start!
Nice character designs and a good intro to the story, plus the renders are good! Also, I love the sound design, it really adds to the experience, and I wish more VNs would implement it this well.
I'm glad you added the option to skip the puzzles, while some might enjoy them, I'm personally not a fan of abstract puzzles interrupting the flow.

While it's currently not very long (as is expected of the first versions), it is enough to get a good idea of the good quality of the game and story. And also enough to hook me into wanna check it out when it gets more content!

First time giving a review I think the game is one of the best made visually iv seen in a while, and I think it has a lot of potential. The creator is also very accepting of ideas and is easy to talk to and corrects issues that arise swiftly. They listen to ideas and implement them if it fits so I think they are worth supporting . I can't wait to see what happens next with this project and others that come along.

    Review of 0.03.

I rarely find a game that I actually want to read all the dialogue, but it doesn't have to much dialogue as to bog it down for slow readers. I don't know what drew me in more than most games, but I just found the characters interesting, the world and setup intriguing and the MC is very cute. One of the few game I really felt I wanted to support.

I know the "I have a secret I must keep" theme is not new, but I feel this is has a new take on it.

I didn't mind the puzzles, but I think it was the right choice to include a "story mode" for people who don't like it.

Off to an excellent start. Likable characters, hot MC and beautiful renders. This could be one of the all time greats if the creator sticks with it.

The intro sets the mood with an interesting premise of a woman who is coming to terms with her own identity, and disclosing that with her peers. There's also an aura of mystery surrounding plot, as newer secretive figures are introduced. Most importantly, as a H-game, it's sexy. The expressive, detailed models, coupled with good animation make for a pleasant experience.

I wrote this review after completing 0.03a's story mode. I hope to see more soon!

    Review of 0.3a

Great start to the story, attractive sexy girls to date and girls only it seems for Jenny the really pretty and hot futa.

Don't let reviews moaning about the puzzles put you off; since 0.03 the developer has made a story mode that disables the puzzles. If you want to play the puzzles still there are plenty of hints and examples given in the F95 thread.

Really looking forward to where this goes.

For now it's a visual novel but I hope that we can expect to make choices in the future.
If you're into Futa don't miss this one.

    Updated review:
With the v0.03a release of the game the creator has added a secondary story mode to the game that removes the puzzle aspect completely. As this was my primary criticism of the game, I replayed it.

Without puzzles to break flow, the story proceeds with excellent pacing and good early characterization of both the protagonist and the women we meet. Relationships and motivations are clear, the dialogue is natural, and the circumstances are sexy without being porny. All excellent.

Now that there are two versions of this game I heartily recommend it.

    * * *
    Original review:
Adult games have an interesting problem: what exactly makes an adult game mechanic? The goal of any adult game is, of course, something sexy happening, but the methods they use to get there vary wildly. Management sim? Trainer? Sex-scene renderer? Straight-up visual novel with no mechanics at all? All valid. You know what isn't ever a valid mechanic? A fucking puzzle.

For absolutely no reason, this game chooses to break up all the story flow that it develops in order to make the player solve an overly-complex puzzle. The puzzle is in no way adult oriented. It does not tie in to the story in any way. It is as jarring and useless as if you, the player, tabbed out of the game every 5 minutes to play a round of Tetris, then tabbed back in. The intention seems to be to "reward" the player with a bonus scene for completing a puzzle, but all it did was annoy me.

I cannot stress how disconnected, meaningless, and out of place the puzzles in this game are. And it's a shame, because the storytelling and visuals - even this early in development - are good. That's the only reason it gets even two stars, though; I was pulled out of the story constantly and my immersion was broken to pieces.

The puzzle system must be abandoned for this game to be anything but frustrating to play.

    As of v0.03a

    Pros:
    Great renders
    Interesting plot to start
Author listened and created a Story mode that skip puzzles that add little but frustration to the game

    Cons:
    Little gameplay at this point
Nothing but fantasy scenes for the MC, and a lengthy masturbation scene
Puzzles that can be avoided, but if played, serve no purpose but to add a time sink to the game.

I do hope the game creator minimizes the amount of effort they are spending to create puzzles, and just sticks to the story. It looks like there is real potential here, and I hope they put their effort into plot and character development, and not puzzles.

    [Reviewed: v0.02 with patch]
An excellent demo and introduction to the story. I recall no issues with the text and all the visuals are very good. There's nice background music and sound effects at appropriate points. Unlike most offerings here, there's no option to rename the main character (or anyone else). Moreover, there's (so far) no choices at all. If that's the long-term model here, it'd be more honest to call this a Kinetic Novel.

On top of all that, there are fresh puzzles that will likely give you some level of challenge.

The story itself introduces the main character, Jenny, a futa (with full "lady bits" as well) who has up to now managed to keep her "extra functionality" from all but a few people. But tonight, she's agreed to attend a casual sorority get-together with her friend Alexis. Naturally, they end up playing a strip game, risking exposure (literally) of our heroine's secret.

The puzzles are interesting, and must be solved to be able to see the lewder scenes. I'd suggest adding to the instructions right at the top that "a cell" is the smallest square and those make up the subregions and regions. For example, in tutorial #1, that each region is 2x3 holding 6 cells. Also, it'd be great to be able to identify a broken rule (even if several are not met) when incorrect, although that'd require a bunch more programming.

At the coding level, i'd also suggest a small simplification regarding the patch bits: Instead of "jump line#" with a matching "label line#return", use "call line#" with each ending with a "return" statement.

I've rated this 5 stars (excellent) as everything here so far is top-notch, and I'm looking forward to future updates.

One of the best debuts, with a futa protagonist I've played so far.
    Art 5/5
    Music and sounds 5/5
    Story and dialogues 5/5
    Sexual content 5/5
    GUI 5/5

I even liked the puzzles. A bit hard to understand at first but after a while are quite easy. As a dev myself, I understand that some people are sceptical about them. But the dev was kind enough to provide hints and solutions too.

The only minus: No choices menu. The story is linear so far but the VN certainly's worth your time. Looking forward for more.

Wow a game with a futa protagonist after so long and the first thing the Developer focuses on is implementing mind numbing puzzles to unlock scenes. Just amazing. The game start is plagued in by some puzzle. ANd its not just a simple puzzle no it has to extra complicated bullshit just to unlock one scene. What is the solution for it? Don't worry we have a spoiler section for it but first ry the mind numbing puzzle and then as you bang your head, see the solution.
I thought with the literal rarity of Futa protagonist games, this new one with good renders may be among those rarities. But hoping for good things is hopeless.

EDIT :My initial rating may have been from a moment of instant anger. But I wish nothing but goodwill to the Dev because they are developing a Futa Protagonist game since most Developer won't even bother developing one. So good support is always required. As suggested by Orphanus in the thread, I may have been unnecessary harsh because of instant anger. But good luck to the Dev. May they develop a great game.
