I dropped the save, already with all the scenes, so it makes no sense to interact with them.

If you're on windows 11 and didn't restart your PC, try that. The latest windows update isn't closing some games properly.
Save work, but it doesn't unlock Shinon, it is in moment when you go to dungeon boss, but you can't go talk to them and in gallery you don't have unlocked scenes
Game needs assistance man 2 play throughs and just cant progress. Get tired after spending 30 minutes clicking everything for the game just not to progress.

If you play it, be aware of some Dungeon issues:
1. When you learn Mana surge, you lose Swipe.
2. When you start the quest line for Purify Mind skill, you lose Mana Surge.
At the end of the day, you are left with your basic attack, hard stuck at lvl 29 with 4069/4070 exp. (Even after the Blue Oni boss)
3. New Ambush enemy has far too strong clones. So, you are left with rolling the pattern that doesn't use that skill at all. (And yes, it exists)
P.S.
On the positive side, you can legitimately grind the Blue Oni for the easiest and fastest 1000 gold each try.

Yep, Dunno if I'm bugged. In the morning I spoke to everyone and went to every tile, did the same thing for the day and night.
Did you check the Girls' rooms at night?
You get the keys and it will be the 1st step to your corruption, so to speak.

From your words, I, naturally, assume, that you are not using a really old save file.
Using my own save, gone to all 3 girls and the yellow ! wont disappear. viewed all there cutscenes like 5 times.
Violet and Lust have a random chance of spawning outside and to the left of the tavern at night after you speak to them during the day.
