You can do 1 of 2 things. develop the Female genital serum on the weekends or just add it via console commands. here are some keywords if you'd like.
fgenitals_serum = <Number>
mgenitals_serum = <Number>
be_serum = <Number>
bd_serum = <Number>
pe_serum = <Number>
pd_serum = <Number>
body_trsnformation = <Number>
be = breast enlargement, bd = breast deduction.
pe = penis enlargement, pd = penis deduction.
for body transformation: set to 0 for full female or 100 for full male.
