You don't, there's no paths leading to them. I guess the creator just copied rooms from the main game and pasted them in the recollection lobby

For the remove the talisman mini game, you first have to click on the metal thing (possibly hold the mouse down) on her forehead, and then click and hold the green bar. It is probably bugged, but that is how I did it.

To fix the minigame bug I went to the DL site and downloaded the Demo version, then copied all the www files to the full game, it seems to have worked, in the img files there was a cursor image missing, it is a pink ball timing game to click it within the green bar window.
