What porn games using Disney IPs are making a large amount of money? It can be protected under parody but parody isn't a catch all defense specifically with trademarks. Disney is notoriously litigious in their protection of their IP and have the money to kill something even if they'd lose in court but they don't hold a candle to Nintendo.
Which Futurama game is that? What others using Disney IP? Park After Dark? The awful Family Guy parodies?

Has been going years and years and makes about £1,000.00 per month. Also disney IPs have been used in games forever. Akubar has made about 4 games with Disney IPs for over a decade now and there are so many star wars ones. Hell, there have been plenty of live action porn parodies of marvel, star wars and disney princess IPs by studios based in the same city as disneys headquarters.

I forgot about that one and no wonder I couldn't find it, it doesn't include "Futurama" in its name or description.
That's less than £750 currently, with less than 300 Patrons as of now that's not very popular it also doesn't call itself something like Futurama: The Big Thaw. It's also ugly as fuck to the point where no one could possibly confuse it with official media. I am well aware of porn parodies, like I said it depends on how it's done.
