Things that would be perfect for this game:
- Risk of getting caught
- Chance of sex (consensual or otherwise) with those who catch you
- Dildo on the bicycle seat
- Could probably reuse the animations from the cycle sex machine, just moving
- Missions
- Like in Secret Flasher Manaka and Seleka
- Customizable body shape
- Gender and genitalia selection
- There are no games like this with male protagonists that I know of and while I'm not into futas I know many are
man, why did it have to be a freaking creepy theme to this. at least there's no actual horror or jumpscares. the game is pretty good. collected all the stuff

Secret Flasher Manaka is popular currently but I don't know if it checks off all the things you asked for.
Oh, I played that one. It's also good too. Still, it's a little less free for exploration, and its RPG system enforces for own rules. It's not ideal for a quick game.
...and there's no way to have pervert on the roof or on the top of lighthouse tower XD But thanks.

omg I can't believe I actually overenjoyed on this game, not even about the porn aspect but how goofy this game plays. Not to mention the girl's expressions are way too comical to even goon on, and no bulging on big monster scenes, yet the goat simulator like physics is just one of a kind it's now more of a stress relief game than a libido release.
