There's two MASSIVE stomach bulges. Like 6-7 months pregnant bulge. And the semen pouring out is animated. The images are mostly static, though.
The whole thing only took me 5 or 6 minutes to read through, though. The few animation loops that kept replaying took up a LOT of that time.
