you can choose who they're to MC...by deleting the "step" part, it's because patreon doesn't approve pure-incest...but only accept step-incest...and even then, sometimes bans it...so the dev makes the whole "you decide who they're to MC" to avoid issues.
Itch.io and subscribestar are more lenient on incest...but not as popular nor optimized as Patreon(or so i got told)

There are aliens which you encounter in a black market but in this version no xxx scenes with them, maybe in the future if I find some good vids or gifs... (you can buy alien porn in this version tho

Thanks for commenting! It's fun to work with AI images for this, the possibilities are endless and it's much quicker for me than doing a google search of stuff that specific (sometimes I got stuck redoing a background 1000 times cause of perfectionism but in general it's quicker).
When a good one capable of generating porn appears we will see hundreds of games daily posted here
