Hey, just found this thread, and the skin and character collection MEGA links on the OP seem to be broken. Is anyone collecting the custom content somewhere or am I gonna have to troll back through this thread to find the stuff?

I looked around and I could not seem to find any workable old collection MEGA links in this forum. That being said however since all the models are imports from other places technically any skin or retexture using the model and its UV map could work. If you happen to find any textures anywhere else it should work.

Since you are new to the thread I have a few available I've been making recently so if you don't want to go hunting for them you can just find the link to all of them below in my sig.

I made a post about those links earlier in the thread here; (they were from the patreon, not us) but if you’re looking for things made by people in the thread, then this post from bwebrwkerw has a lot of skins from before the 2.0 update, including ones from the discord. (I’d still check in the thread & on the discord/kemono for newer stuff, though.)

Thanks for the help, again. I looked and am pretty sure that except for a few outlying models and a few skins, the main build has all the custom content from those packs.

Also, are there any mods for the male playerbody?

There’s a handful of extra skins from the discord, (a couple of pokemon, Dr Manhattan, and one colored like a greenscreen to use with vr passthrough,) but nothing other than that that I’m aware of.

It starts up with out vr saying no vr device detected.. but when i start up steam vr on my quest 3 linked starts up fine i see steamvr but when i start up GOAT.exe after that it's just a black window with music, doesn't show a thing in vr just steamhome like it doesn't want to try to connect vr.

Here is another one! I really liked this one and spent a few days on it. Also went through two crashes T>T. Anywho Ill have it updated in the MEGA and Drop box a little later.

For now here is V0.9 which does not contain the clothing edits. I will also be updating the base Skin to 1.0 to include small edits to the head textures.

Thats the one I tried but when I start up steamvr an start goatvr.exe it's just black screen, music but can see if disconnect vr to get the no vr detected screen.

Noone gonna Patch Fix this Error??

The anubis has a single futa pegging animation, it's also the only one in the entire game from what I could find. Are there any custom skins/characters that feature more pegging animations?

Hey,
Due to I had less time to work on stuff this month than I anticipated, I have to delay the update in favor of the Creation Toolkit release. (Delay until mid July probably, which means next month probably will have 2 updates.)

I'm also quite unwell physically and mentally, so I would probably end up rushing the animations for the monthly release. I guess it's a mix of burnout and the shitshow in IRL around my job and stuff. I think it's inevitable to eventually quit and follow my head. Maybe after this summer.

Anyway.
I got a lot of suggestions for animations, and I'm gathetring them in a list. Fazclaires seem the most popular suggestion, but their model is pretty bad in some places, making it hard to animate certain positions, like doggystyle or reverse cowgirl. (Which I planned to add for a long time, but always encountered the same mesh errors). I will see what I can cook up with them though.
Toolkit tutorial videos are half done, links are already available on Discord, but I will also share the links where when all the planned tutorials are finished.
I let you know when the toolkit tutorials are fully done, or when I made progress with the animations!

Chances are you're not going to get a good model for free unless you know some very back alley sites or communities that will traffic stuff like this. I guess the model is a bit too niche to be publicly pirated.

Edit: Okay so I missed that "from the game" part of your post lmao, but I'm pretty sure the dev would share the model with you (assuming you can't just pull it from the game files) if you planned on adding content.

Hey all. I'm dropping a new texture base for Chiku here at some point. I have a small progress preview for you here. Ill keep updating this post as more progress is done. On another note I have been experimenting with a Officer Flint skin but I don't feel its in a state to see yet. The normal maps on Officer Flint make it hard to get things I would like, So I'm having to do a lot of thinking. Cheers all!


UPDATE: I have a early version of the new skin here for you! Much like Frinni's skin this one is to keep true to the original. The Hair on this one was tough! It had many revisions and even so it still needs work. Currently it's at a state that I can put a early one out.

Again.. I Start up steamvr and then start up GOAT.exe and it only makes my steamvr home 1 frame, doesn't show up anything but a black window box playing music on my desktop screen..
Is there suppose to be an order to play this in vr or is the new version not vr-able?

Hey Fluffy,

Im pretty sure this particular issue is related to either SteamVR or the Quest 3 in some way. I've been getting into VR just fine with the new game update and with a newer headset as well.

You could try this and see if it helps.
• Go to developer settings in steam vr and turn on the direct display

• Check your Open XR settings

• Uninstall and Reinstall Steam VR - (You probably already did this like most people do)

•(Possible Solution form Reddit) "I was having that issue with my Quest 3 with steam VR and I was able to fix it by restarting Steam VR and unplugging and plugging back in the link cable to my PC "

•Make sure your GPU is updated fully if not already and Windows.

• There could also be an issue between Windows 11 and Windows 10? (Not sure what you have)

•I want to say in the setting in Steam VR there is a setting for compatibility? Maybe its a quest 3 and Steam VR issue. Check both your Oculus and Steam VR setting and poke around in there.

I wish I could help better. I haven't owned a Oculus product since the Gen 1 and I made the move to VIVE years ago.
Worse case you could try factory resetting your headset.

If you’re seeing a black screen while using your headset, here are a few things you can try:

• Try a hard Reboot, perform a hard reboot:
  • Hold down the power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds, or until boot screen loads on the headset.
  • Use volume buttons to scroll to Boot device and select it using the power button.
• If a hard reboot does not fix your issue, perform a factory reset:
  • Hold down the power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds, or until boot screen loads on the headset.
  • Use volume buttons to scroll to Factory reset and select it using the power button.

If you are on Oculus you could try to install the Steam VR app from Meta app Store. It will lauch you directly to the SteamVR Home and then you could try to Launch it From the Desktop View. Or Try to Add the GOAT.exe to your Steam Library and then Launch It from you SteamVR Home.
