So anyone know how to limits the game's ability to try and turn my PC into a helicopter? I'm tired of my fan picking up and dropping speed depending on how I move the mouse and this is only in the menu. Also trying to figure out how this in the first game to ever make the CASE FANS SPIN FASTER! I didn't even KNOW they could do that in the first place

try undrevolting ur gpu n cpu. look up on youtube how to undervolt ur specific gpu n cpu
Does that help VR games in general not explode computers? I tend to implode after like 5 minutes of playing VAM or GOAT
I never get super hot even on my laptop when I'm doing vr. I think if your card can't handle it's max load something else is wrong.
I've got a 3060 and 32g of ram. After a bit my computer just shuts off and restarts. I've been thinking I might have a PSU problem

I have a 3060 as well with less ram than you, and my PC couldn't care less when running this game in VR (as opposed to Koikatsu where it cranks up the volume). Not sure where your problem might lie, but maybe this can help you.
I have a fairly specific sort of request. My laptop can run this game in desktop just fine, but doesn't handle VR pretty much at all and I certainly don't have the skill to find a workaround. However, on e621 the artist has posted a few side-by-side videos that look like they were captured in-game; does anybody know if/how I could play the game in SBS on my laptop, record my own clips, and play them back on a Quest?
Retested on game version 1.9.2, intiface version 2.5.3.
No change in results.
Some noteworthy news:
- minor client adjustments related to custom skin loading (and some code that preparates the client for some future features)
*these code changes might have some relation to the plugin but the last modification dates were as far back as feb 2023. Im not sure is changes need to be made for these but ill be keeping an eye on them regardless.
-A github issue for GOAT VR under the "Awesome Buttplug" repo (list of projects that use the plugin) has been opened, then closed, then reopened on dec 8th of 2023. this was done by a user called "Gar92".
*Due to the issue still being open ill probably wait for that to close again before making another one of these.

TL;DR this is my last update on the plugin issue as I found a github tracker to watch, if your interested you should as well. I'll probably reply to the person that originally asked when this does in fact work but thats it.

Feels like a slow start for January, I spent a lot of time testing models for the next poll, and focused on animations in the last weeks. I was not able to finish Krystal/Miyu in time, and I don't want to rush them, so they will be probably released in a smaller update after this.
1.9.2 doesn't include new features, just minor client adjustments related to custom skin loading (and some code that preparates the client for some future features)
Hope you will enjoy the new animations though!

Those synths leave a little to be desired. The protogen thing don't actually have places for insertation so it's just silly like clipping a videogame model without the actual detail this kinda game would be expected to have.

Is there any solution for the "controller buttons/triggers/stick" not doing anything issue? Can't start the game 'cause I can't get past the first screen

edit: if anyone runs into the same issues, there's controller presets from other players within the steamvr controller menu, those seem to work fine!
