I've got a GTX 2080 Ti, Intel i9-9900k and 32 Gigs of RAM, I'm unsure if any other hardware is relevant.

For my render process, I render a set amount of instances; 250 to be exact. I use the Nvdia Post DeNoiser with a 0.75 Pixel Filter Radius. And I render with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.

Even if the game goes full porn, a concept is too few to make something interesting enough for the game to be played. Even 70's to 90's porn movies had a story. It was generally a really basic one, like by example "a young girl bored during her holiday week at her grand-mother house", but at least it gave some sense to the movie and permit to offer something more than just a bunch of sex scenes without links between them.
The MC need to have a motive, and "fuck everyone in the house", isn't enough of a motive. He need to have a reason to do that, whatever if it's because he's 25 and still a virgin, because he hate all the girls in his family, as long as it's not just something that come from nowhere.

There's two imperative when you make a game :

Firstly, you need to give you a reason to continue ; and, no, "I want to earn some money" isn't a good enough reason. Making a game need time, it cost money (at least at first), and it's drain your energy. Having a story to tell, and wanting to tell it until the end, is mandatory. Few people achieve to succeed despite this, but they are exceptions and two hands is enough to count them.
Also, knowing this story before hand, at least the big parts of it, is what will help you to continue. You've a goal, the story have an end, and you need to reach it.

Secondly, you need to give the players a reason to continue. And here it's, "there's sex" that isn't a good enough reason ; all games here have or will have sex. Once again, it's the story that give this reason ; at least if it's something interesting enough for the player want to know how it end.
It don't need to be a complicated story with mystery and all. By example, a game like Midlife Crisis have a really basic story. The MC is fourtish years old and decide that he don't care anymore about moral ; he'll fuck any woman and girl that agree to it, whatever their age, gender and if they are or not related to him. Add his wife that slowly agree to follow him in this path, and the player have a reason to continue playing. This reason being, "will he succeed to convert his wife to this new life". We (players) know that he'll surely succeed, but we want to know how far he'll succeed and what he'll do for this.

Things, you might want to do to make the game more believable, instead of a mansion do a small home where the sisters share a room or they only have a room each, mother has intimacy issues and or unable to commit to a relationship. Lil sis, is just discovering her sexual need's / urges, (brother takes advantage), Big sis is a bitch do to repressed sexual needs (overdone) just make her a tease. As for the MC make it like most game's where it's stat based, X amount of Str, Int, Chr... needed to make the MC more appealing along with building rep with the women in his life.
Just a few thoughts (Also I'm working on two scripts for two game's so if you need idea's let me know.). I hope you, have thought out how you want the game to go and how it will end. (otherwise this will just end up abandoned like the rest, think it out and write a script with each scene being laid out so you know how you want to make and how to go about it.) If this is your first game, don't make it too big, you'll just overwhelm yourself and burn out.

As for their Mother, I will cover her later in the game as she wont be around at the start for reasons that will become clear in the game. She will not however be a romance-able character.

my point was that if she is even remotely attractive like an average 31yo mom can be for some people there will be complain that she in not romanceable so he should make her ugly to avoid it

I mean the mom could actually look like a woman who has given birth to four kids, and no, she did not get them while she was still underage. Since kids are likely the "mandatory" 18+ yo, the mom should be around 50 yo. She is also NOT a former model who has gone through dozens of plastic surgeries to look like 17 yo. Just make her to resemble the average modern day American, meaning ~170 pounds and 5 in shorter than the mc.

I think we can both agree the "All characters portrayed in this game are 18" tag on most games is because the devs are trying to avoid a breach of law. That being said they don't account for this in their family design. For example, Big Brother, Milfy City etc... all have a parental figure that appears way younger than they actually should.

My game isn't intending to be realistic, in fact I doubt most of the games on this platform actually conform to the normality of real life in regards to appearance. The characters are specifically designed to look nice to attract people to them and the game, if they looked ugly or non-beautiful then people wouldn't be interested in them.

I think it would be cool to have a character that looks beautiful but isn't actually pursuable, it breaks the tradition of "I see sexy woman, I bang her" that most games follow.

that's really a bad idea people won't like it, if you want to do something different you should just give your characters an unusual look, i can give you some ideas if you want but having a non romanceable girl will really upset people

Its only a game, I don't see why having a non-romanceable character would upset people. Like I've said previously she might be off the menu for the MC but I'm happy to do renders of her for people.

As long as the MC never peeps on her, never expresses desire or attraction, or we are never shown renders of her nude or near nude. There are at least two games I can point out where players are upset by not being able to bang a hot character - Intertwined (the MC can peep at the mom when she is nude) and Become a Rock Star (the sister is hot and has been a constant point of contention), however both developers have been clear about not including them in any lewdness. I doubt they are the only examples.

There will always be people who are complaining, even if they get the games free. I'd still like to see games with a bit more realistic Americans, where the mother doesn't look the same age as her kids, except that she has muuch bigger boobs and is much taller than all her 4 adult kids. With almost all games going for the same old "mother is an ex-model who has magically managed to avoid aging" way, it'd be refreshing to see someone brave enough to do it bit differently.

I agree that too may games are doing the ex-model thing, and yes the game's are unrealistic. women are shorter then men 98% of the time, Depending on the area of the world. In the US the average height of a women is 5'4" vs. a man 5'10". So all these games where the mom is bigger then the MC is a tad unrealistic. (unless the MC is like a teenager, but even then by the age of 18 most men have hit their height. (although you can still grow up to the age of 23 - 25, but that's uncommon.)

Now that will peak my interest. I hope it's more realistic, if the Mom / landlady... is over 40 then it should show on her body. EG/ stretch marks on tits/ ass/ midriff... vein's starting to show on tits... depending on how much she has to work bags under her eyes, maybe some swelling in the knees... things like that. A tad on the thick side defiantly if she had kids. Very hard to lose pregnancy fat.
