It says "Placeholder". This means the developer has plans for it in a further stadium.
Right, but is it not odd that a 3rd quest was implemented while the 2nd one is still a placeholder? This is why I thought it might be a bug e.g. the "Laxative" quest is actually supposed to be the 2nd quest.

It could be that laxative in the quest serie becomes the 2nd. Only the developer might know. Maybe there will be a Arya Stark in future that gets introduced with quest 2. Just guessing here

Agreed. Other cheats work for me but not that one. I click there, the screen goes black for a minute, and then comes back on... so I think I'm hitting the right spot but it isn't going to a gallery
At least with you something is happening, maybe i click the wrong spot.
Where do you click exactly? By the way, the gallery is in the main menu

It's not supposed to take you to a gallery. It just unlocks the entries within the gallery for you to view without being in the "live" game.

if i backup "saves" folder inside "game" golder and delete the gamefiles can i downlod it again later & copypaste "saves" folder to continut frm before? right now its taking up space & im not playin so i wnt 2 free up space
If old saves will work with future updates, you can backup the saves and delete the rest. (If a future update requires you to start from scratch, there's no difference between keeping all the data and deleting it. I just wanted to make you aware of the possibility that saves of unfinished games may become useless).
Ren'Py saves can be found in the game folder and also in Win: %AppData%\..\Roaming\RenPy or Linux: ~/.renpy
