To unlock full gallery in 0.17 version, download the attached file, rename it to unlock-gallery.rpy and put it in game folder. Launch the game and the gallery is now fully unlocked.

Elementary, yes. But "save as ..." creates just a text file, which, wherever you throw it, does not work anywhere.

Why text file? You save as .rpy extension. Or create notepad and copy->paste code from here. Also to change file extensions:

click save as link which will auto save as RPY file then just drag it into the "game" folder not the folder with the exe in it and it worked for me
