Seeking Game where MC can stop time using "magic watch"

I'm looking for a game I had played a year or two ago.
It was a game about a guy who somehow posessed a "magic watch" that let him freeze time and do naughty stuff as well as normal one.
I remember back when I played this game the episode ended with a scene where a girl tried to jump from the building and he saved her.
The game was released on steam and here on this forum.
