Seeking Game where only one girl is the romantic interest

From the last games I played, I liked "Dungeon with girl", but romantic stuff was underdeveloped to my taste. Too little interaction with a girl outside of sex and a rather abrupt escalation of relationships.
I also played "Magebuster amorous augury" it's very short and a bit rough around the edges, but I liked the idea.
I've played a lot of trainers games, so while I'd like to see something similar, you probably shouldn't suggest it as I've probably already seen it. One of my favorites was "Princess Tower", it had a slave route as well as a love route. Too bad, the dev most likely abandoned the project.
I've played "Kaiju princess", but didn't like it much, as well as "Life with a slave" and other games with runaways. I just didn't like the way it was done there. It's a long discussion, so let's just move on.

The most important points I want to see in the game:
1. One love interest. Three is maximum, but preferably if you can ignore others.
2. Preferably, it should be a game, with gameplay. If there is no gameplay, I would like to have a thrilling story and/or a lot of choices. Slice of Life will do if there is at least good sexy staff.
3. Preferably high immersive. Meaning, a lot of choices, protagonist either mute or almost no speaks and you choose the variants of what he says.
4. A story featuring yandere is a big plus. I know about "Krimson Gray".
5. Fantasy, thriller, horror (I know about "The song of Saya"), or mystical story is a plus.
6. Some sort of obstacle in the plot. Fighting for love against odds, or trying to win the heart of your enemy, etc. Even an optional NTR, I don't care.

I realize that I've outlined a lot of requirements, and in fact I don't really expect much in this thread. But who knows? Maybe I missed something, and people actually suggest something good. I will note, however, that I have a lot of gaming experience, but I haven't looked into the romance genre specifically too often.

And yes, if you don't have any ideas, you can suggest a harem game. But only if you can cut off relationships with others at the root and not interact with them at all. So that the game can be completed without interacting with other girls.

1. Yeah, I saw that one. Art is very simple, though.
2. I saw this one, played a bit, and thought it was worse than "Dungeon with a girl". Maybe I was too picky and should give it another go?
3. Don't like black and white art style. It seems someone made a color mode O_O maybe I should give it a try...
4. Yeah, I've played The Architect games. He is a good dev.
5. She looks too young, I don't get turned on by such female proportions.
6. The art looks simple, but given that there aren't many games like I've described, I think I'll give it a try. Thank you.
7. Yeah, I've played it. The protagonist is a dumb brick and the girl is a very unlikable slut. I won't mind NTR games, but here I can't even imagine myself in the shoes of a bully. He's just as nasty. In any case, this doesn't fit the theme of the thread, as I've mentioned that if there is an NTR it should be avoidable. And I'll add one more thing about NTR (netori). I have played NTR legend and all similar games, like handyman legend, NTRholic and Self-defense Dojo Secret NTR Lesson.
