Is this second tetris game they made? Just wow, i don't see any improvements at all. Animations are horrible, dialogs are cringey, gameplay is insufferable, bugged, energy bar (what that even is?) covers playing field. Setting up controls? Nah, you don't need that. Tetris guidelines? Bag randomizer? Actual rotation system? Hard drop? What's that?
Big oof.

the gameplay is atrocious. "beat" a level and it pops up a win (?) screen but the game keeps playing in the background, if you don't dismiss the gift box during play you might press space and lock the UI on a blank screen while you hear pieces piling up,
the girls have the same clothed animation every time you talk to them.

i have no idea where the 'dynamic cgs' are, it just advances to the next girl and unlocks the gallery of static images.

e: maybe the images did that fake-motion thing like old flash cartoons, i purged it from my memory already and i only played it an hour ago.

Just double click the file. The game saves progress directly in the registry, so you just have to add an entry, and that's the purpose of the file. When it asks if you are sure that you want to add it to the registry, click yes and it should be added

Concerning the blocking with the second girl, you can try to bypass (i.e. skip) the level with the problem.

Using the Windows registry editor, in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Romantic Room], modify the following value:

level_h173624275: 5 --> 6

Then restart the game, and select the 6th level (i.e. not the 5th one).

** Caution ** : modifying the Windows registry could be extremely dangerous if you are not used to do it.

** Edit ** : anyway, it's useless. The same bug appears for all the other girls. You need to modify the current level each time.
