So for the state of the game:
- We are nearing completion of the next update. The content is in, the refactor of everything is done and now, like a good squad of Helldivers, we are looking for and exterminating any bugs we can find.
- We are aiming to get the new update out within a week or two.
- This is what the team lead said when I asked for a date:
You can get the full log on Itch.io and when the actual update launches, I will update the things here.

New Account implies someone not from this forum, and all the cultural friction that implies. In this case, you clearly just dropped into the thread without checking the last page or two for the information you wanted, and definitely didn't try the search bar. Otherwise you would've known without having to be told.
In this case he was mistaken as to what you were asking for (although, my man, give the heroes five goddamn seconds to actually make the upload, jesus), but in general it's surprisingly common for someone who didn't read to be a new account, usually a throwaway by someone who has barely ever stepped off insta or 4chan.

probably just give it a day or two, probably more. some people like to keep the build for themselves for a bit, it's only fair since they spent money to get it by donating to their patreon. we're not donators, so it kinda makes sense we wouldn't get it the day it came out, or even the day after for that matter. they do have a point on you scrolling up and checking the thread, people in general should look around more; no ill will, just sharing my opinion.

Maybe I missed something. Everything that is open in the gallery can be seen in the screenshots. For some reason, animation with Gurghiu doesn't work for me.
