Use the Bibi special attack to break the floor in the apartment to go down a level. You have to stand a bit far on the right. Not much game after that though unfortunately.

How do you unlocked the last CG on the Gallery. I Got every single other one the Octopus girl and everything else but one thing is missing on the bottom right what is that one. Im on 1.7.3 version.

I think it's just a placeholder, as actual yet-to-be-unlocked scenes are greyed out when checking the gallery. It's likely that, once it will be implemented, that slot will be occupied by Conductor's CG, as he's currently the only enemy without one.
