Looking for games where the protagonist's profession isn't just a framing device for the sex, but actually a core part of the gameplay.
Like how The Imperial Gatekeeper is mostly built around working at the checkpoint, analyzing paperwork and such, with nudity and fucking sprinkled occasionally throughout between actually accomplishing your assigned tasks. Or how the side-jobs in Karryn's Prison have you in a full-up waitress simulator (full of perverts trying to rip your clothes off or get you passed out drunk).
Something like Rune's Pharmacy kinda counts for the parts where you're actually working as a pharmacist and serving the alchemical needs of the community, but it's not a perfect fit because that's a pretty minor part of gameplay squeezed between the JRPG combat and the sex CGs.
Working as a prostitute probably does not count, unless the game puts the focus on the business side of things instead of the sex. But managing a brothel might, if it's done well.
