I am looking for a game where there are characters who are pregnant. it can be either mc's or others.

I couldn’t agree more, hate that most games are tagged pregnancy and it’s just an ending scene(s). Want games where it’s part of the game, like Fall Fable. The only downside to that game is she starts mid pregnancy and it’s not a progression.... still good though

Hard to say without more specifics, there's a lot of games with pregnancy on last third of the game or in endings but heres some general recs:

Maids and Maidens VN on renpy with lactation and pregnant character (not by you) since the beginning.

Porn Empire Management game where you open a porn studio and can impregnate models. If you like strategy simulation games try it.

Sorcerer Another VN on renpy, if you like Human/Beast hybrids (Fox girl, snake girl, fairies, etc) this one has at least one scene mid game iirc with a character that goes through pregnancy super fast cause magic and then a bunch of scenes towards the end.
