If it is gameplay and story you want then nothing could beat the Monster Girl Quest series. MGQ Paradox IMHO has the best JRPG gameplay out there, better than any Final Fantasy or any other JRPG franchise. No game could compare when it comes to customization. ROBF and SEQUEL series also has decent gameplay. The problem with all those games is that they all are femdom when it comes to sex-scenes.

Anything by circle Takamakuran, MY]R probably fits the black souls "everything is fucked" theme most. I'd suggest you try MY]R first, since its more straight forward than a new game. It is definitely weird, but so is black souls.

MY]R, similar to black souls, has a lot of options to do fucked up shit, like killing the heroines.

Outside of that, the Rance series of games (and pretty much anything made by Alicesoft) would also fall into what you're looking for, although the Rance series tends not to have any really fucked up content. The story and gameplay is pretty solid though.

If you think there are then I'm happy for you, you are a normal person with a normal mindset. Countless other pieces of media out there will easily be able to satisfy you.

Is Dark souls series a joke to you?

I am forever grateful to Dark Souls for inspiring Toro-sensei to create Black Souls, but that's all there is to it. For me, Dark Souls walked, so Black Souls could be the first to warp in light speed. Black Souls to me is the greatest piece of media to ever exist.

The themes, the dialogue, the lore, the characters, the world-building, the unique gameplay, the art, the well picked soundtrack, everything about this game is just awe-inspiring

The entire world could say they disagree, I could not give a shit.

Nothing comes close, or will ever come close to Black Souls for me. Absolutely nothing.

I don't feel anger or sadness at this fact, only genuine gratefulness. Gratefulness that this one of a kind game exists, and that I'm able to immerse myself in it, listening to the bgms and replaying scenes and battles over and over again, and not feel the slightest dissatisfaction.

Now, my number one goal in life is to one day be successful enough to buy a thousand copies of this game so I could repay Toro-sensei at least a fraction of what he and his game has done for me.

I am forever grateful that I was born in this time to be able to experience the miracle that is Black Souls.

Lol, man. You really are a newbie who's easily to impress. I mean, that's a good game, a solid even. But it's not "perfect" whether it comes to story or gameplay. It can't compare to big series like, let's say, Rance, if we only talk about Japanese porn games. Sengoku and Rance X beat BS2 by far. MGQ series also has a more complicated story and better gameplay. And I'm not even mentioning any western media or video games... BS2 can easily be among top 50 among Japanese media, but even that would be too exaggerated when we have at least a few dozens of masterpiece-tier visual novels like Muramasa, Muv Luv Alternative, Steins Gate, etc. Then we add all the top-tier anime, then porn games, and BS2 story can't really compete that well even for the top 100. Its gameplay is solid, but nothing special compared to gameplay-focused games. What makes it great is the combination of both solid gameplay and story, which is rather uncommon as most games focus either on one or another.

In other words, you should touch some grass, my friend.

I'm happy for you little man, having so many games you consider masterpieces. Good for you. But it's rather odd telling me to touch some grass when you have played all those games. Also, I have watched the Steins Gate series and although I would consider it as one of the greatest anime of all time, it still doesn't hold a candle to my beloved Black Souls. Nothing really does.
