Seeking Games with Clothes

I'm looking for a game with lots of clothes and maby editable like opening the buttons or so (optional), or going commando something like Fountain of Mana and H. H. Works Games where you can flash panties, less restrictions would be nice but it doesn't matter as much.

game in early development but promising

the game had been abandoned, but it looks like someone took it over.

this game is discontinued, but it's a reference here.

- and mine's "Lolita gone wild."
