Male protagonist, there was like 3/4 other women in the house, I think it was either Renpy or rpgm. You could move around and search the room for clues, but felt like there was a story to it. There was something about a mirror or secret cupboard in the back corner of the room?

Escape from Ivy and Piper got a new update with some more scenes, still trying to find anything new really.
Added a few more to my list on page 2, Sandstorm was a pleasant surprise with a few scenes. Still trying to wade through all the games without a decent tag for this though is time consuming.
