Fictional rape in pornography is normally legal in places where porn is legal. Of course some people throw a fuss and pressure platforms to remove it, but those people aren't the law.
Ironically, a lot of the countries that ban pornography have not criminalised marital rape.

Yeah. I meant that such content is not allowed on Steam anymore. For me, as a dev with Steam-only games, Valve's content policy is the only law.
Also, I don't know about Patreon's and Nutaku's policy regard the subject, but I doubt that they allow it now.
Fortunately, it is only applied to the "male -> woman" rape theme. "woman -> male", "woman -> woman", "goblin -> woman" games are still allowed.

I don't care about my country's law. But to publish the game on Steam, it must undergo a moderation procedure. I think moderators would not allow any rape-themed games with a playable male MC.
So, if someone is making such a game and he wants money for it, he could only publish it somewhere in Japan.
